Jessica Kemp is one reason that I have been a member for so many years, she knows my schedule, my activities and she addressed my issues along with her concerns that will help with my issues on what to work on, she promotes the staff and the other services and I have used them regularly as well as the promotional deals that I have gifted to friends and family.
I received an amazing facial at this location. Very honest and upfront about pricing and upgrades compared to another local location. The service at this location is what prompted me to become a member.
I have been coming here usually for massages. The massage therapists have been great. The staff has also been friendly and they have great customer service. The manager also seems to know how to problem solve. The location is also central if you are in the Lake Nona area.
