I just want to say, Cynthia is the best. I've only had her once, but if she ran her own massage business I'd follow her there and stay as a regular client. I only had one other masseuse at this location. Front desk is a little pushy, apparently they don't pay attention to the schedule they have their masseuses on and just book appointments on top of their breaks, which is really messed up. I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby without any notice or explanation which normally doesn't bother me but I know the masseuses work off of a specific amount of time so they can move on to the next client. Extremely wonderful massage services, I highly recommend this Lake Nona location!! The membership plus the perks it offers are truly worth it! The Himalayan hot stones, mini cold stone face massages & CBD oil, are all wonderful enhancement options! Not all Massage therapist are the same but we have been blessed to find an "Angel" here & are beyond grateful!
