Ana Karen has done my last two facials and she has been so good. She’s detailed and takes time to understand my skin, providing great treatment recommendations. She pays attention to her clients and remembered small details from just one visit. In general I highly recommend this spa. I’ve been going to this location for years. I tried others in between, but do not compare to the quality of service I receive here. The membership is well worth it!
I have been a customer of Hand & Stone for a little under a year now. I have officially discovered the gems of the location! Karina gives the BEST facials I've ever had! She is amazing! She is so kind and I truly walk out of there with my skin glowing for days! 10 out of 10 for Karina's facials!! Also, I want to give a shout out to Eileen for the most relaxing massages! She is able to get my knots out and reset me before my job/life stresses me again! lol

Great experience. I come here to relax and release the tension/stress that builds up in my shoulders and neck. Zereena is amazing. She applies medium to firm pressure and really pays attention to my areas of concern. Ilene is really great for deep tissue. Packages are worth it. Even if you don't go frequently, they roll over and you can use them when really needed.
