I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish. The staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to what you want. They make you feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout the whole experience. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. Between the incredible results, the relaxing environment, and the wonderful team, this place is a gem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and stunning results!
Absolutely everyone there is customer service oriented and they all are beyond reliable and helpful. My hairdresser Essie is my savior, friend and even feels like my family. There have been moments where (due to my medical situations) she has had to collaborate with other shop professionals and it has never been uncomfortable or awkward. They know me when I call and the few times I wasn't completely happy they remedied the situation immediately. During those times, it was 100% me, but I never walked out of there unhappy, ever. Essie is my forever go to, she cuts my husband and son's hair too. It is a great shop and I am so happy I found them.
Lexi was my stylist and she did such a great job!!!!! She made sure to check with me throughout the haircut to see how it was looking. And I love it!! It is exactly what I wanted and was much more affordable than most other salons in the area.
