Granite Empire was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased countertops from them. The sales associate, Ruben, met us at the door, asked what type of countertop material and design we were looking for and within fifteen minutes he guided us to the quartz that we were hoping to find. Ruben prepared an estimate based on our estimate of square footage and within a couple of days we were scheduled for the formal template measurement. We signed the contract on a Tuesday and eight days later the countertops were installed. The crew was professional, efficient, and neat. We are so pleased with the result! Granite Empire offered a great priced product with a quick installation. We definitely recommend Granite Empire. Thank you Granite Empire!

They have great customer service to get you in the door But they don't stick to their timeline. The quality of work isn't that great The slab was already precut but then they cut it more and left a gap. I had to ask there I had to ask the installers to actually caulk everything. The cabinet guy Who came after Knowing that I had brand new Decided to put all his work material on top of it so that he can do the cabinets underneath it which was frustrating. After the fact When you're paid in full and there's a question or concern or if there's a question or concern during the project they don't respond they're just very good at customer service to get you in the door and pay the initial 50% fee I would not recognize them or use them again.
