He made sure we were on same page contacting us the day prior to confirm the appointment. The day of the service he explained the service throughly and answered our questions in a professional and courteous manner. He provided all equipment and products and even put plastic and paper covers at the end. When he was done, we were very impressed with the results. Our car looked like just came out of the dealer, he even added an odor product to the car. Great prices for quality services, I recommend his business!
