I recently visited this clinic in Dr. Phillips and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was streamlined and efficient. They have two tablets outside the door where you can fill out your info and pay before even stepping inside, which makes check-in super easy. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, which gave me a great first impression. I didn't have to wait long at all--my appointment started right on time. I went for my first "full body skin scan" at Goodless Dermatology (since switching from a different dermatologist) and I was a little nervous because there was something that I thought they would have to remove and I'm always uneasy about procedures done without anesthesia. Thankfully, it wasn't something serious, so Tami Santo, DNP APRN gave me the option to remove it or not. Since it had given me some problems in the past, I decided to let her remove it. First time seeing Dr. Tami, she was very professional ,efficient and kind. Gave me information I needed and listened to my concerns. The staff was very polite and efficient. I left with a grate first impression.
