Everything seemed fine at first, when dealing with this company. Chris offered to help me build my new computer at a great price, in exchange for a good review since he was new to the Orlando area. The day that we set an appointment for 3pm, he didn't show up to my home until almost 7:30, with very little communication. He had all kinds of excuses about how his car and phone were both dead, and he was just roaming through apartment complexes to find where I lived.He came, and screwed a few things into my tower, and that was it. If I could give 10+ stars I would. The gentleman/owner of this company is very knowledgeable, has phenomenal hours, and even went out of his way to help me with my computer issues. He provided recommendations, options, and support that others would charge extra for. Friendly, respectful, and overall one of the best experiences I have had especially in an area I have only some knowledge of. This is def the place to go to first for all of your pc needs!

Chris was great at communicating scheduling changes and was efficient in reviewing my issue. I need to replace a part so the issue was not completely resolved but Chris helped me to identify the issue.
