Thank you for being the only dry cleaner in the west Orlando area I could find to dry clean my curtain panels. You also turned them around in less than 2 days! Wow! And on a weekend! I’m impressed!

The first time i went to Golden Touch they did a great job and service was great. However, this time I dropped off 1 pair of pants to get hemmed and ALL pockets (front and back flaps) to be sewn down. It took 3 days and I went to pick them up and when I got there the girl at the counter was busy buying bracelets from some random person off the street and made me wait while they conversed over IG accounts. Then come to find out the pockets hadn't been sewn. I was then told it would be another 4-5 days for them to sew the pockets down. So today I called and confirmed w the girl that all pockets and hemming is done. So my boyfriend goes to pick up my pants and the back... read full review

Always a great experience coming in !! Very polite & professional! Haven’t had an issue when bringing items in and also quick to get them back . I’ll have to get the front ladies name next time but she is so kind and sweet every time I come in .. makes a world of difference to see a business have kind hard working people behind it!
