She immediately called me and when I told her I was only here for two weeks she immediately set up showings for the following day. I have known gloria for more than a year. When I went to Orlando to buy a retirement house, it was actually a lot, and I found the retirement house in harmony online, but they took me to take a look for instant benefits. The original intention was to buy an existing house , But under the strong recommendation of the agent, I made this hasty decision (because I had to return to California) and made me wait for more than a year for closing, but the house was not ready at that time, and the agent she assigned was not so professional. At least I didn’t introduce the regional environment and the benefits of buying existing houses and lots to buyers in detail. I trust them because they are professional, but the questions/communications about the house, including walk through before closing, are basically to communicate with the builder themselves, and they are not serious at all. I really don't know where the professionalism and trust of the broker have gone? What made me feel they were unprofessional was that no one showed up at the closing, and I went to Escrow in a daze. Compared with the agent or broker in California, they are much better be professional to care their customer. I feel like I am fooling Me, bully me not native,
