Kobe was absolutely amazing. From the moment he came in, he was extremely helpful. Kobe inspected everything because I informed him that my kids were coughing and sneezing a lot, so he investigated the problem. It turns out there was mold and my family was breathing all of that in.
Kobe suggested a uv light be placed to kill bacteria. It sounded expensive and I immediately started to worry. Kobe did everything he could to work with me and my financial situation because he absolutely would not allow my family to continue to have to suffer with this mold situation.
