👏I experienced it.....water damage in my bedroom due to a leak in the bathroom! Rafael and Joshua in no time after my call came to assess the damage! Crew came the following morning with big blowers to dry the carpet....2 days later, removed carpet. checked for mold(none).Working tirelessly, job was done! I even got a new green carpet! Thanks ProMaster..will highly recommend you to anyone. Speak Spanish too!
We had a water leak from the plumbing underneath our tub here in Tapestry in Kissimmee and immediately called ProMaster because we already knew and trusted them. They came out right away, found where the water was coming from, fixed the issue and started the water damage cleanup and drying process.
They explained everything to us as they went and kept us in the loop, which I really appreciated because my mom was out of the country while all of this was happening. They handled the water mitigation and also took care of putting everything back together that had to be removed because of the water damage. Honestly, having one company handle everything made life SO much easier!!… read full review
