I have never experienced a fire before and was very emotional and all over the place.Before Lealani walked up I had been approached by a few more companies. The only concern was getting my landlord's information. I refused and sent them away. Here comes this red car with this beautiful soul that you could feel as she walked up. Her attitude was very different then the others. Her main concern was to make sure everyone was ok.It was so crazy because I had only the pleasure of five minutes of her time before my landlord pulled up. The ER Services & Reconstruction team is the best I have found in Brevard! Wayne, Dillon and Presley take pride in their work and are very knowledgeable. I found their service to be exceptional at a very hectic stressful time. The whole team is very professional, organized and responsive post Irma. Thank you for everything!!!

Randy Clark at Emergency Services & Reconstruction is such a wonderful man. We had a house fire in December of 2015 and Randy was put in charge of our rebuild. Randy was knowledgeable and always so kind. Randy really pushed for us to get us home as soon as possible. He worked with us and always made himself available via text or phone. And he went out of his way to bring samples to me when it was tough to take our baby in the car. Randy has an ease about him that instantly makes you feel comfortable.
