Julian was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job installing our RainSoft unit and we could not be more pleased!
Edited: after 4 years it stopped working. Nobody has come to service it through that time, and they expected me to pay nearly $1000 to replace some carbon filters or something. Oh, and we’re still paying for it monthly bc we financed it as we made a move to our first home. Save yourself thousands and buy and install it with a local contractor that knows it shouldn’t cost more than about $2,000 all told.

They’re good to sell water filters and offer lifetime warranty but once you want to use it, it’s not covered. The water for us was okay at the beginning until we started seeing mold, and white traces. Now for someone to come and check it, they want to charge more money. Annual checkup $200.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not sign anything with this company and if you did do not get any services done by them. They come out and change a couple o rings and charge hundreds of dollars then when the thing breaks down a month later they act like they aren't responsible.the service manager basically called me stupid for suggesting they should've done a better preventive maintenance

Very friendly and super fast service. We had a leaky water heater and were given three options for water heater with reasonable prices, made our choice and the next morning the gentleman arrived with the new unit and switched it out faster than we expected. Would recommend.
