Out plumbing service tech, Michael Figuerora 4527 gave us exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, professional, and personable. He easily figured out the problem, ordered the proper part and finished the job as soon as the part came in. I highly recommend Ferran for any repair for ac, electrical and plumbing.
Exceptional service - from the office staff to the techs. Everything was installed safely and efficiently, and the teams showed up right on time (usually a little earlier) and took good care of our property. Special thanks to Roberto and Wilfredo from the electrical department. They were here for 12+ hours, and despite a minor setback, completed the job nicely. For several years we have participated in Ferran's routine maintenance program for our HVAC, and have been very pleased.
I wanted to leave another heads up for today's technician Javier Prieto. He is the best so far and we have been very pleased with each of our previous experiences.
