The worst service that any mortgage has been able to provide, they have no knowledge of originating loans, nor experienced underwriters. They also do not have an accountant who knows the tax laws. We will not refer our investor clients there.
From day one working with these people were a headache.. never answer phonecalls always give you the run around and never give you a straight answer to their questions. So glad I didnt have these ppl as my morgage lenders.. completely unprofessional and they dont care about you at all just your money!
