Yes this is my first time at this location. I had to take my husband in to get a ultrasound of his legs he's been having some pains and we're trying to figure out what's going on. They were very nice the place is very clean. All of the staff members were very nice my husband had to use the restroom before we left and I'm happy to report that the bathroom was very clean. So in summation I recommend this location if you have to go in to get A medical procedure.

I have been at this practice for around 5 years. I have had 5 different doctors in that time, they seem to come and go on a regular basis. The last Dr. Betsy was just in it for the money. I pay out of pocket copay for my visits and she insisted that I had to revisit to get lab work orders for separate items. Which meant I was paying $80 per visit just for separate lab work orders. When challenged she blamed the insurance saying they wanted it that way. When I asked the insurance they said no, that is not their way and all blood work should be done at once. Now she has gone and they want to give me another Doctor, who also wants to charge me just to get a lab order. If I have to pay again then no, I will move to another office. After I posted this on another review site, they left a reply asking to contact them and provided an email address. That is just lip service and not an actual attempt to deal with the problem. The email address does not work. I tried several times and all I got were not deliverable messages. Poor

most of these reviews are spot on , no since of me to keep going to this clinic , most of the staff barely speaks English so there is a language wall between clinic and patient . I cant understand them and they cant understand me so were lost in translations . they tell you your personal information out loud for everyone to hear , I don't like that at all . but I dealt with it because I liked the doctor I had at the time , dr cemelus treated me good and cared for my well doing . last mouth I went for my appointment at the new building like I have been for months after sitting there for over an hour im called to the desk and told im in the wrong building I needed to go across the street to the old building my new doctor was located in there , new doctor ? I was never told they changed my doctor , and no one asked me either if it was ok , its up to the patient not the clinic to change doctors I was happy with the one I had , now I cant understand nothing from this new doctor he acts totally like he don't care .. not happy at all , not going back

I had to call 3 times to cancel an appointment, the first 2 times I left messages as nobody answered and the last time I talked to somebody that took my message however did not receive a confirmation on cancellation. I finally stopped by after they called me and left a voicemail to "confirm" my appointment. When I stopped by they said the doctor wanted to talk to me real quick (weird). The doctor proceeded to accuse me of canceling my appointment and that he could not offer refills on my prescriptions.... ??? I had already rescheduled the appointment to see him in a couple of days so I proceeded to inform him of this and explained that I was out of my blood pressure medication. After this unnecessary encounter I changed doctors and still went ahead and called them to cancel the appointment within 2 hours of stopping by the office.... Once again they did not cancel it and I am still getting calls and have been referred to a collection agency for the cancelation fee... I seriously do not understand how they can get away with this. Also when you show up at their front desk they completely ignore you and continue to do paperwork until they feel like they are at a point where they can stop...then and only then they acknowledge that you are standing there, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

For some reason it took me almost a month to get the right information faxed to the pharmacy. Can I work instead of the person responsible? I would like to get paid for not sending ONE FAX for the almost a month and still GET PAID!

I tried to find a primary doctor in close proximity to my home and thought I'd give Dr. Cemelus a chance. This place is ghetto and as unprofessional as it gets. The front desk staff lacks professionalism and doesn't seem to have an understanding of what the hell is going on or how to effectively get their jobs done. I arrived at 11:00am for an appointment at 11:15am. Ahead of me in line was a woman complaining about not receiving test results for blood work that was previously done--no one had discussed the results or anything with her. A few minutes go by, and the receptionist finally gives her a copy of the results, another staff member briefly looks it over and tells the patient that everything is negative. OK? Is that how you properly inform a patient? In front of everyone? Anyway, I eventually sign in. As I do, the receptionist finally acknowledges my existence and asks for identification and insurance ID. I give them to her and she gives me New Patient Forms to fill out. I take a seat and begin filling the forms out. I'm sitting away from the front counter and the receptionist announces that my copay is $30, aloud. What the hell? Why are you announcing that to everyone? You're supposed to wait until I return my paperwork to let me know anything like that. Furthermore, she was wrong. I didn't have a copay because this visit counted toward my annual physical exam, which she should've known because that's what I told them when I booked the appointment. It gets worse. I am then called to the back office by what I presume to be a nurse. She asks a lot of questions and then asks what drugs I was on. I started listing the drugs, then she asks how to spell them. Aren't you a nurse? You should know that better than me. On top of that, you're using a software that auto-populates the prescriptions. She asks if I have any children twice, and I tell her no both times. It made me feel uncomfortable, like people like me almost always have children or something. But hold on, it gets worse. Finally, I am called in by Dr. Cemelus and he goes over the notes that were previously inputted by the nurse. He asks me the reason for my visit and I tell him I'm here for a routine physical and also need blood work done. He begins his examination, and then his phone rang. He paused and excused himself to answer his phone--in the middle of an examination?! Then he asks me if I have children (maybe to start small talk), but he could already see by the nurse's notes that I do not have children. He asks why don't I have children or if I don't want children now or ever, I tell him, "not now, probably not ever, they're too expensive." His response is something to the effect of, "Well, you can just have a child and get the government to take care of it like everyone else." What the h--? That is extremely offensive and extremely classist. I understand his office is located in the middle of Pine Hills, but to just draw that conclusion is disgusting. I have lab work to get done at Quest, and I will go, but I don't think I'll ever return to this practice. I'll send the results over to my OB/GYN all the way in Hunter's Creek and have her come up with a treatment plan if necessary. Sometimes when you want exceptional service, you have to travel far away from home, and it looks like that is what I'll have to continue doing.

I wish there was an option to give zero, because this is what I'd give this joke of a clinic! I went in for a general physical which resulted in me walking out with a prescription for god knows what because apparently I have hip pain?! Oh and I need an X-ray too because apparently something is broken?! The icing on the cake was when the doctor asked me what language they speak in Australia because apparently that's got to do with my health too. English for the record, they speak English...

The doctor was EXTREMELY rude, did not listen to my concerns at all, and refused to give me a referral to see a specialist who wanted to discuss important lab results with me because she did not "want" to. I will not be returning to this place! I have never felt so disrespected at a doctor's office.
