I live in a really high crime area. I have to call Excelsior multiple times a night sometimes & they're fast to respond, quicker than police. If they're called out enough, they'll resort to putting on sirens & loud speakers & will bring in police if needed as well as tactical units. They have been monumentally amazing at helping me keep safe when I'm trying to get home late at night from work. I have drug dealers at my doorstep etc, this security will help remove unwanted people. The low star reviews seem to be from (ex?) employees, but rest assured, people like me utterly respect the people that work at Excelsior. You keep us safe at the risk of your own lives & that deserves recognition, not shame. I have more faith in this service than I do the local police.
