I had the pleasure of driving to Orlando from South Florida to see a band the we love (TURNSTILE) at Orlando Amphitheater. Not only was the venue very accommodating but the security team, Gator Guards, was 100% professional and fan friendly! Thank you to Damien and everyone that worked front of house. Fans were consistently being checked on for water needs, safety needs and general support. Fans that crowd surfed over the barrier were met by a team that guided them to physical safety. Kudos to your team!!!
One particular security guard stood out to me. Her name was Kim. She was lovely, informative, and helpful. I hope to cross her path soon. Absolute lovely woman. Love her. We love Kim!!!!
Seamus was the absolute best so I hope I am reviewing the correct team. But I had lost my car keys after falling out of my bag and onto the crowded concert floor and he recovered them and just so happened to be the first person I had asked about my lost keys. I’m not sure if I’m just incredibly lucky or is Seamus is just that amazing but he actually made my entire night and probably my whole month. THANK YOU SEAMUS
