Eve is wonderful! My wife and I were interested in selling our home so we could go out full-time in our RV. We needed a realtor that could make that happen for us.
Some of the things about working with Eve…She knows the current market. She knows how to ask the right questions to prepare for listing a home. She knows how to price a home so it sells. And she is great at marketing! These are all the reasons why we chose Eve.
The process was easy from listing to selling. Her office even has in house title service. I recommend giving Eve a chance to sell your home. You won’t be disappointed.

I just had the pleasure of working with Eve Metlis once again on a new home sale. Eve's clients were ready, willing and able to enter into an agreement because Eve educated them prior to their visit. She went above and beyond working on their behalf for an appraisal issue. She went out of her way to find her own comps to support the price, and in the end, negotiated in her client's best interest for a price reduction that was fair for all parties. She was tenacious, strategic and prepared-exactly the type of representation you would want in a real estate transaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A+++++++++
