The doctor helped realign hips for a smoother birth. A son’s neck and spine were realigned, so he is rarely gassy and sleeps much better at night. Dr. Ashley has also helped improve imbalances for those who workout often, resulting in increased strength while maintaining good form and assisting with recovery.

I was searching to see if there was a PX Doc in my area and was so happy to learn that Empower Chiropractic wasn’t too far away. From our first visit, I knew we were in the right place. Dr. Ashley is down-to-earth, relatable, and genuinely caring. She’s a superhuman in my eyes—it takes a rare combination of knowledge, understanding, and humility to serve families the way she does, and she does it all with the kindest heart.
I usually don’t like to write reviews while still receiving services in case I “speak too soon,” but I feel more than confident sharing our experience now. Since starting care, I’ve seen tremendous progress in both of my children.

I love this place and the staff 😍 so kind, takes the time to get to know you. I started coming to empower chiropractic at 37 weeks pregnant. They helped realign my hips for a smoother birth! Once I had my son, I took him in straight away! They were able to help realign his neck and spine so now he’s rarely gassy. He sleeps so much better at night. He stopped crying when being picked up a certain way. Highly recommend this place to all mamas and their babies!

I've been going to Dr.Ashley for a few weeks now. I can honestly say she is one of the best! I workout often and I'm always looking for ways to improve my performance. Dr. Ashley has helped me improve a few of my imbalances, which resulted in me increasing my strength while maintaining good form!! She also helps me with recovery. Once again she's definitely one of the best!
