Cicely is flat out amazing!! She accommodated my last minute unicorn/mermaid cut and color request. I am so grateful to have found Cicely’s salon and to have been in her presence all day. Yes ALL DAY!! I’m a newbie to color and she walked me through the process treating me like family the whole way. She took my inspiration photo and brought it to life on a whole other level!! I went in looking for a hair treatment and left in amazement and with a lifelong connection.
