Was just surprised by the poolside staff with an amazing gift of Prosecco and s’mores kits as a special treat for our family the night before my husband deploys. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for caring for us as we prepare for a long goodbye. Kindness has the power of 1000 suns, and we are feeling that kindness today.
The accommodations were remarkable! The staff was lovely and the facility was beautiful. The massage was so good. Exactly what I needed. Chris did an incredible job. I'd go back and ask for her again. We stayed after the massage for a day by the pool and we loved it. Poolside service was great for food and drinks. Mia was great. There was a Waterside, lazy river, hot tub and huge resort pool. Honestly a perfect day for our self papmering
Yarelis is incredibly detail-oriented and truly takes the time to listen to what you want. She walks you through different options and makes sure you feel confident in your choices. Her balayage work is absolutely beautiful—she blends colors seamlessly and customizes the look to complement your hair and style perfectly. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does because she never rushes; she takes her time to make sure everything comes out exactly how you envisioned. On top of that, she makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend her!
