I used The Flower Shop Orlando for a flower order for the funeral of a very close friend of the family. There was a problem with the initial order, however, once I brought it to the manager's attention, the problem was promptly rectified and delivered in time for the ceremony. I was very pleased with them valuing me as a customer and going the extra mile to include pictures of the new arrangement (due to me not being local). Highly recommended and will definitely use again if the need arises! Thank you very much!!!

They have really beautiful flowers arrangements and I was very impressed with the quality of flower they used. Very helpful with answering all my questions on a timely manner. Overall I highly recommend them.
