The place is nice, I loved how my eyebrows ended up looking ,but the lady burned my eyelid so bad, when I left the place it just looked red which is normal for waxing ,but 24 hours later I saw the damage she did to my skin. Unfortunately, I am not coming back and risk having another burn mark again.

i should have written this review long ago, but held off due to my own insecurities. in november 2023, i got my eyebrows nanobladed with kasandra, who seemed to have a very strong portfolio. we did a consultation and everything felt great, but after getting my brows done, it was very clear something was wrong. my friends immediately pointed out how small they looked on my face, which i ignored, not knowing how much worse things would get. as the brows began to heal and the scabbing faded, i was left with extremely patchy, uneven, and blown out brows. everything looked extremely unnatural, and it ruined my face. i spent the next YEAR spending thousands of dollars and so much of my time on removals and getting them redone. i will say the owner and her husband were quite lovely and helped me out a lot, but even when everything was done i still wasn't happy with the way my brows looked. even if i had been, the amount of tattooing, healing, etc. i had to go through as a result left me in extreme pain both physically and emotionally. as a full time student at the time, i had to attend school daily with botched peeling brows, which resulted in a lot of negative stares and comments. to top things off, the reason i had this procedure done in the first place is because of the severe (diagnosed) OCD and body dysmorphia i struggled with growing up which my mua was aware of at the time. as you can probably imagine, this only made that worse and left me in a really dark place. one thing that stood out to me when talking to the owners was how they explained to me that the artists at their store are not their employees, but rather people renting out booths. this shocked me, as that is not the way they advertise themselves at all, and made me feel like i could not trust their business. while i had previously thought everyone there was interviewed, hired, and meticulously trained to the studio's standards, that was not the case. this also made things harder when trying to get compensated for my botched service, as the owner explained it wasn't necessarily her responsibility as a result. in the end, they did provide me with two or three free removal sessions and two correction sessions with the owners. as previously stated, however, i was grateful but still not happy with my brows and ended up having to go somewhere else still. overall, i would not recommend this place and would certainly not recommend kasandra if she still works there. unfortunately despite everything my eyebrows will never be able to look the way i wanted them to, and i have to live with that for the rest of my life.
EDIT: i can’t stay silent after such a nasty and defensive response from natasha. this whole situation has been and continues to be so damaging to me. to address everything, i was never told kasandra was a new artist, and she had quite an extensive portfolio at the time. i was never told anyone else’s rate and had no idea her’s was considered “introductory.” as per the instagram messages, i sent those immediately after my appointment BEFORE the brows started healing/peeling to reveal what was underneath. i specifically stated in my review that the mistakes only became evident a little bit after my appointment. as brow artists, you know that the true state of your brows after nanoblading does not show until the scab has peeled- hence why i didn’t know at first. i attached a picture of how they looked at first when i initially thanked kasandra as proof. i also attached images of the messages i sent you on instagram a few days after my service, which you neglected to mention. i also don’t appreciate you saying i “downplayed” anything in my review. while i left an honest review about kasandra’s work, i called you and your husband “lovely” people and even stated i was “grateful” for all your help. yes, i did say i wasn’t satisfied after you fixed them either, but that’s just the truth. i then took that into my own hands and got them fixed elsewhere.

I love this place. I was impressed with the process of how they went about mapping your eyebrows and was pleasantly surprised at the end result. I'm an elderly lady and so the newest trends don't necessarily apply on how we look as we age, but I have to say that I was really pleasantly surprised with the end result. I had them tinted as well and now at five weeks they still look good waiting for my next appointment.Danielle was amazing.

I went in Friday for the first time, as someone who’s had struggles with others to getting perfect symmetry and the perfect shape, Natasha was able to align my vision with her skill and perfect the art of the eyebrows. Natasha is extremely professional, welcoming, and knows exactly how to execute your goal. Be very clear with what you want and Natasha will do it right. The salon was very clean, and had a great vibe to it. 10/10 experience. Would recommended them to anyone.

Genesis Lazaro is great. She was patient and she listened. I at first thought that I might not be due yet for a brow appt but I was amazed at how much better they looked when she was done. I didn't want a full dramatic brow so she showed me how to get the look I wanted. Genesis is a gem!

I went in for a lip wax, not my first time to this establishment, but first time with Daniela. My lip was burned by the wax. I told her I have a long history of retinol use, but had stopped for 5 days prior to the wax and I have extremely sensitive skin. Regardless I feel she should have tested before proceeding to burn my entire right lip region.

5 stars for sure! I have had a hard time finding a place that I love for my brows… happy to say I finally found my spot! Natasha is such a sweetheart, she really listened to my concerns, took her time and made recommendations.
I highly recommend the brow mapping & waxing, you won’t be disappointed!
