In 2008, Dr. Glenn and the EOAH team repaired my Lily's tibial fracture. She was only 6 months old when the injury happened, so the repair and excellent after-care ensured she went on to enjoy so many more adventures than my husband and I could've imagined.

Lily went on to climb mountains, play in creeks, and roadtrip with us from Florida to Utah to Washington. Our sweet girl lived to be fourteen years young this year, but we were still not ready when the moment came to say good-bye.

My husband and I are still so very grateful to Dr. Glenn and EOAH's expert care all those years ago so Lily could live on to have a full life without a limp or care in the world. Thank you!

Came in the night after my cat passed away as they were keeping her there so I could say my goodbyes. (I was not home when she passed) Heard one or two of the workers ask who’s “(cats name)” and laugh right before I got to see my baby. I heard them through the door to the back. I saw It was a short chubby girl with curly hair or maybe the lady walking with her. Maybe let’s act more professional in a hospital and not laugh when asking about passed away animals. It was one of those oops laughs like (oops I didn’t realize I was talking about a dead cat teehee sorry). if you’re a medical professional you don’t laugh when discussing someone else’s passed one, right next to the patient to... As far as the actual person who came in with my kitty she was wonderful, definitely more qualified and professional. I forget her name she had blonde hair and was older with experience.

The staff here were amazing and took excellent care of my almost 10 year old Havapoo. Shout out to Liz who cared for him during weekend treatments, I had a great experience here during a stressful time with my pup.

1/2/26 8pm as I pulled in the parking lot, I noticed only four cars too much my surprise when I walked in the lobby at two was empty. As I walked in the door, they greeted me and took me straight to the back to room six We’re only sat for a couple of minutes before a nice young lady walked in and greeted me. After some small talk, she said she will be back in a few minutes to assess my dog. Only about 10 Minutes past and the young lady returned once again, very polite, and well mannered she took my Chihuahua to the back to have the doctor to assess the problem she was gone about 10 minutes returned with the dog and said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss a plan for my dog. After waiting about 20 minutes, the young lady returned a third time explaining that they had a pet emergency and I would most likely have to wait about an hour. Since there were no chairs with cushions, everything in the lobby and the waiting Rooms were hard, wood Benches I was unable to set and such an uncomfortable bench that long, so I waited in my car. about 20 minutes later, they called me on my phone. I took my dog back inside where the young lady made me wait an additional 20 minutes to bring in all the medication and the estimate for the treatment for my dog. All in all I give a four star for only two reasons one the seating accommodations were ridiculous with benches and not cushion chairs. And most of all it gets a three store because I never got to speak directly with the doctor. I expected quite a long wait. So I was not bothered by having been there for two hours, but the seating and not meeting in doctor is why I gave it a three star

Went in thinking I would pay the consultation fee and they’d tell me what’s wrong with my dog. I knew that any treatment or medication or cost extra which is fine. But after the vet looks at my dog for maybe 30-60 seconds they give me a quote for over $500 for other exams. I asked if they could at least just tell me what’s wrong with my dog because I had no money to pay for much else but they said all you get for paying the consultation fee is the vet looks at your dog and that’s it. Why would I want to pay to take my dog in to be upsold on stuff and not even find out what’s wrong ? Be more transparent about the consultation not really including anything. I’ll be taking my dog elsewhere that can at least tell me what’s wrong with him for less than $500

    Overpriced and Unhelpful Experience

I don’t recommend this clinic at all. They are not helpful, and it feels like there’s no long-term or consistent doctor working there. Every time I went, there was a different vet, and no one could follow up on my case or even fill out my pet insurance form after the first doctor left.

I brought my cat for vaccines, and the first visit cost $354.52 — the doctor was with me for less than five minutes, mostly to fill out the insurance paperwork. The second visit cost $226.97, just for a simple follow-up vaccine. Later, my final vaccine appointment was rescheduled by them, and when I took time off and drove almost 50 minutes to get there, I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic, I apologized but they refused to give the shot at all.

I later found out that most Orlando clinics charge around $25–50 per vaccine, or about $100–150 total including the exam. Even full-service clinics advertise annual exam + vaccine packages for around $128, so these prices are far above the local average. To make matters worse, all their vaccine visits are booked as “doctor appointments,” even though routine vaccines are normally handled by a technician at most other clinics which saves both time and cost.

Overall, the experience was disorganized, overpriced, and frustrating. If you’re looking for consistent, reasonable, and caring service, I’d strongly recommend checking other vet clinics in the area before choosing East Orlando Animal Hospital

I called to make an appointment since I have had a feeling something was up with my dog's hips or back legs for the past few weeks. I told the receptionist I wanted a doctor best for someone who's paranoid about their dogs health and I was recommended Dr. Rosetti. To say Dr. Rosetti put my mind at ease would be an understatement. My dog got radiographs and I was finally given answers to what I had been worried about. He explained to me what had been going on this whole time, which was a genetic condition that no other doctor had caught. I was told what to expect in the future with treatments and symptoms which put my mind at ease. We are now monitoring his hip to get a better idea of the progression as well. This whole time my dog's inexplicable behavior was because he had been in pain. Dr. Rosetti prescribed him meds for when he is in pain so that he could continue being as active as he always is. My dog and I are very grateful to have found a doctor that works so diligently, as well as for the receptionist who knew exactly what I meant. The prices were also incredibly reasonable and straight forward! They take trupanion as well making it accessible for my dog to get the best care possible.

This veterinary practice has been our go-to for years. They've had a lot of staff turnover in the last few years, but we've been quite pleased with Dr. Rossetti. He is kind and caring, and we completely trust him with our precious kitties. Dara Edmondson

I love this animal hospital. I’ve only had wonderful experiences here with each of the doctors I’ve seen, the techs, and the front desk associates.

I left another vet in the area for this one based on a recommendation from my sister.

I’ve seen them for my dogs regular annual appointments, annual meds, a dental, a broken tooth with extraction, a back issue :( and some bladder stones.

They have been great even when I’m in an emotional state. They really seem to care about their patients and take their time with us when we visit.

I highly recommend this vet to anyone in the area. They are wonderful!
