I have been seeing Dr weaver and Albers for over 20 years they both are extremely empathetic very concerned attentive , listening very carefully and really the entire office are wonderful kind caring professional people who really care about people the best care possible because they really do care

I've seen too many people whining about how slow the answering of phones is and how they don't get a call back etc. Well I've called first thing in the morning and gotten an answer, I've called midday, afternoon etc, gotten answers. Yes sometimes I've had to leave a voicemail but they usually begin call backs of voicemails around 30 minutes before they close for the day as they have patients in office that need to be seen so if you're calling with a question for the doctor you may not get an answer right away. I've gone to Dr Weaver a few years and have no complaints there - good communication, thorough, etc. The office is convenient because they do bloodwork right there. All that is the reason for 3 stars.But there's the fundamental problem mentioned in other reviews: they rarely answer the phone or return messages. For someone just getting a yearly physical and not needing much else I tolerated it for awhile but this year I decided it's time to move on. So I called another doctor on my insurance and someone picked up immediately and I got scheduled.
