Dr Parul is a very caring physician and professional along side her entire professional organization. The office crew goes beyond any expectations. I am so grateful for the way they all just jumped on my left eye incident. I lost my January appointment due to a change of insurance because of my 36 year marriage termination. I’m a cancer patient. I have already told Dr. Pal she is not allowed to retire. She just cannot. An eye surgeon that makes the most difficult thing easy. A doctor that explains complex health conditions in a way you can understand. A doctor that is always reachable and knowledge and will fight for you at every single turn. If you mistreat Dr. Pal you’re gonna have to meet me in the parking lot. That’s how much this doctor is a life changer in my vision.
