Omg Griselda is amazing she work magic on my hair with, silk, press, and keratin treatment. The service was amazing the moment I walk through the door, I was offer coffee, I received a fruit platter as well. She takes her time, she’s very passionate about what she do. She makes you feel very welcome, and walk you through every process. She’s just gain another client from Sarasota county. The customer service is 100%.
My first time going to this salon and had a great experience. They had awesome customer service and took their time. You are able to sit In every single one of these hair stylists chair and be happy with the results! Definitely the only ones that will be touching my hair this point moving forward. Highly recommend!!!
Very disappointed. My partner came in for a trim on his hair. He clarified exactly what he wanted and the price they always charge him when he gets this service. His normal stylist is apparently on vacation so he had a newer stylist. She was very sweet and took her time but she did more of a haircut than an actual trim. It’s way shorter than he wanted or requested. Then when we went to pay it it’s twice as much as he usually pays . It’s completely unacceptable. Too much money for nothing while feeling very dissatisfied and having to go to someone else to fix it .
