I was working in the Championsgate area (Oasis Club) when I got a flat tire at the community center. Officer Santos was on patrol and I asked if he had a jack for my truck to assist. This was around midnight and it was raining on and off. Officer Santos not only assisted but took over in helping change my tire. He got on the wet ground under my truck to help get the spare and place the jack. He went above and beyond trying to help me get my lug nuts off my truck when they were stuck. Most people would have handed me a jack and told me where to put it and watch me change my tire. I’m very happy with how security for Orange County Resorts that routinely patrols the surrounding neighborhoods. As Cpl. Jimenez was driving past our place he noticed our trunk open and came to notify us. I feel more safe and comfortable staying here at this Airbnb due to the vigilance of the security team. The security here are the most nicest and caring people I’ve met in a while. Thank you Curtis Security for the amazing experience so far! Thank you Cpl. Jimenez for keeping the community safe! Also side note for anyone looking for security jobs, Curtis security does have really good benefits, if you are looking check them out!
I would like to give a big shout-out to Ofc. Rodriguez for going above and beyond to help me today. My car would not start at all, and without hesitation, Ofc. Rodriguez took the time to drive me to Walmart so I could purchase a new battery. He stayed by my side the entire time and helped get my car back to running, ofc rodriguez made sure my vehicle was back up and running before leaving.
I also want to thank Cpl. Bennett for stepping in and helping as well. I truly appreciate both of you for your time, kindness, and willingness to help. Your professionalism and teamwork did not go unnoticed.
