I use TMS Investigations to serve papers to someone after calling multiple other PI’s, they weren’t the cheapest but they were the only one that made me feel comfortable after talking to them because I was a little skeptical. Mr Phillip was very confident he would get the job done although he did tell me it is not guaranteed that I may get the results I’m looking for, but once I paid him 8/5/23 he instantly got to work and had the results I was looking for the same day.
