from Darlene in the office, to Mark and Josh...had a great exoerience fixing the leak in my refrigerator from the water/ice maker..and also replacing the ice shoot on the outside of the door. accomodating, knowledgeable, i thought reasonable and also very nice..will definitely recommend Conway Appliance and will use them again..

Very professional, arrived on time and were done within a hour! Fixed my LG washer with a leaky valve. After service, pushed the washer back and reconnected all the water lines I had disconnected in a panic! My neighbor also used them to fix an ice machine with good results. Definitely would recommend and will use them again. Thank you Josh!

Arrived on time, left within the hour! Replaced my leaky valve in my LG washer and the cost was not too out of line for a service call. My neighbor used them for her icemaker with good results too. I will definitely use them in the future. Josh is great!

Conway Appliance Repair saved the day! Our fridge went down just before a holiday weekend where everything would be closed on Monday. They not only fit us in before the holiday, they also picked up the part and came back later the same day so our family wouldn't be without a fridge for days. Darlene, Josh and Nick all went above and beyond and we truly appreciate their kindness, expertise and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Bad customer service. Had ice maker installed a couple of weeks back. Did not make ice correctly, so I called. Tech came our and was uncertain about how to fix the problem. Was going to research and call me back. One week later, after receiving no call, I called to find out what happened. Was told owner was looking into it. Five days later now, still no call. Suspect they are delaying until my 30 day warranty expires.
