I highly recommend the Consumer Consulting Group for anyone currently struggling with timeshare involvement. I spoke with a representative (Ken) approximately 9 months ago and discussed my situation. They immediately got to work on my case and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I found the representatives at CCG to be honest, caring, professional and attentive to my specific needs and concerns.
