Nancy at the desk for therapy is amazing! Always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My therapist Michael is so gentle and explains all my exercises and treatment plan in detail. All of the staff I have encountered has been very pleasant.

I have been going to Concentra North for quite a while ! SHAY today did all my physicals and not just one but 2 vaccines right arm and left arm! She was superb… did not feel anything and as usual I am leaving with a huge smile and a feeling of accomplishments….. yes here is professional above standards and quick you will not even have the time to sip your coffee cup two times that it’s over! Highly recommended and highly appreciated for their support and respect to any fine LBGTQ person!
