Was hesitant at first because of bad experiences I've had at other tech repair places like Best Buy with techs being rude or condescending. I was blown away by not only how professional and knowledgeable Ricardo was, but how cool of a person he was with me as a new customer.
I came in with a PC build that wouldn't turn on and he managed to diagnose the issue within a reasonable time. We ran into more technical problems which he would quickly work around, and ultimately it turned out I had a dead motherboard. Ricardo plugged in my computer as soon as I walked in and ran his testing gear on it. He told me what was most likely wrong, how much the repair would cost, and that I could pick it up later that same day. Local service at its best!
