Complete Care Maitland

The staff is very friendly, very attentive and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you’re actually getting the actual care you need and not being cookie cutter, which is much appreciated

The Maitland office is amazing! Emily, Juan, and Marlon are amazing! They make sure I get the proper care so I can get back to everyday life! Beth is amazing as well as Dr. Vuu! Come here if you need excellent treatment! I’m so glad I did!

If you have to do PT, this is where you want to go. The whole staff is super chill and it’s just a good vibe all around. Emily’s awesome, she knows what she’s doing and actually helps you get better without making it miserable. I’ve made so much progress in the last few weeks. Great place, no complaints.

I have had a great experience at Complete Care. They have been a safe place for a really hard time in my life. I always feel well cared for and at peace here. Denver and Marlon are truly amazing people and I love working with them through my physical therapy. I see how hard they work and how much they truly care and want me and other to succeed and get better. Dr. Vuu has been super caring and understanding of all of my concerns. I never feel rushed and she takes any thing that I am dealing with seriously. She is super caring and passionate about what she does. I feel that Complete Care has been very thorough when it has come to my care.

People here are rude on the phone they called me today because they miss placed the referral for my appointment and when I was trying to explain to them they needed to contact my workers comp insurance company the woman that called me wouldn't let me talk she kept trying to talk over me so I got an attitude then the manager called me and did the same exact thing the owners need to get their employees in line and let people actually talk and not be rude

I highly recommend this office. The staff here is great, so patient and professional in all they do.

The only positive is the therapy staff—they were great (reason I gave them 2 stars). Billing, is a serious problem though.

Three of us were treated here after an accident—my baby , my wife, and myself. My baby was discharged very quickly (no problem with this), while my wife and I were scheduled for multiple visits. Despite that, they still billed my auto insurance thousands of dollars for treatments that often lasted less than two minutes, which is extremely difficult to justify.

They also refused to negotiate the deductible and would not work with my lawyer at all—something that is very common in accident-related care.

This place clearly prioritizes maximizing billing over helping patients. There was zero flexibility and no concern for the financial burden they could create especially if you need additional care later.

There are plenty of better clinics out there—save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

If you do go, make sure they explain the billing line by line and you will see.

Please do not reply to this review saying you will do something about it. You had your chance.

Edit: Just as I said, they replied saying to contact them acting as if they were going to do anything so it looks good in the reviews. My lawyer tried every way and they did not want to work with him.

I had an excellent experience at Complete Care thanks to Denver and Marlon From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and truly attentive. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference. I highly recommend Complete Care, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Denver and Marlon.
