I loved the ambience and loved the flow. I also appreciated the long holds in the poses. I was really challenged in all the right ways! What a beautiful studio! The owners are wonderful!

I left Orlando in 2006 and Calvin and Teresa are still the gold standard by which I evaluate all other yoga studios. They even brought in a big name instructor for a work shop once with several books to her name and I thought their classes were better. I guarantee you 99% of yogis would give them 5 stars. 65 reviews is incredibly low given all of the lives they've touched. Now that I'm back in Florida I need to make them a part of a central Florida trip. They are that awesome! Miss you two?
