I went to my first intro class at Club Pilates Dr. Phillips and absolutely loved it! Nat was our instructor — she was amazing! So friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome. She explained the machines really well, and her instructions were super easy to follow. I also loved her sense of humor when showing us how to position ourselves. I’m definitely signing up and can’t wait for my next class!

Moving from 2 to 5 stars. the front desk called me and handled everything for me! She was very kind and helpful and apologized.
Original review: I was only able to effectively do 2 classes, which both were great and the instructors were nothing but super kind! However, I have a very demanding job, so it was increasingly hard for me to find time within my busy schedule that worked with classes that were available. To clarify, I was aware of the class schedule beforehand when I signed up, but didn't realize that all the classes would be 100% full and i'd have to join a waitlist for the... read full review

I've been coming here for a month now and absolutely love it. This is the first time I've felt so dedicated to a workout regimen and my health since high school (ten years ago). The instructors are wonderful, the atmosphere is welcoming to all fitness levels, and I am genuinely excited to come to class.
I wanted to find a low impact workout to help with my PCOS, as well as help with my hip/back pain and mobility from sitting at a desk all day. Now I have less pain, more mobility, and I can tell a real difference in my core, arms, and leg strength already.
