I can’t say enough good things about how amazing jujitsu has been for my child with ADHD! When we first started, I just hoped it would be a good way to burn energy — but it’s become so much more than that.
The structure and routine of each class have really helped with focus and self-discipline. My child is learning to listen, follow steps, and stay engaged — all while having fun!
It’s also done wonders for confidence. Every new skill and stripe earned gives such a sense of pride and accomplishment. Plus, the instructors are so patient and encouraging, which makes all the difference.
