Upon searching, Catherine sent us several homes that she knew we would be interested in. They were always in our price range, and always in an area that we were interested in living. If we were to ever pass by a home for sale that we were curious about, she would either come right away and meet us, or she would schedule a viewing. It didn't even matter to her how far she had to travel or how low our budget was. She treated us like we were her top priority.
It was the most amazing thing because she ALWAYS knew what we wanted and what was best for us. The last houses that we viewed were a little under our price range, but we weren't entirely in love with them. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the community, though. We felt like we were in a bit of a pickle. Catherine Simmons came to our rescue and found a home for us nearby in the same community, and we fell in love right away. She worked tirelessly with the lender to make sure that we would get the house that we adored.
We were told that buying a house would be a long, stressful process, but Catherine took all of that weight off of our shoulders. Without her, we wouldn't be living happily ever after in the home we love. My wife and I are so grateful for Catherine, and we would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buying a home.
