I went here because I thought they were affiliated with Orlando Health and my chart access. But they do not. I passed three urgent cares on the way there. I was there about two and a half hours and was given an antibiotic. It has been a week and a day and I still don't have the results of my urine culture. I went in for blood in my urine and a UTI.
The service was excellent, the staff friendly, respectful and professional, it was fast and they answered all my questions about the pains for which I attended. I highly recommend it,
Five stars for CareSpot off Lee Vista. The check-in process was seamless, and the wait time was very reasonable. The office is modern and very clean, which I really appreciate. The provider was knowledgeable and got me back on my feet quickly. Great service all around!
