I called Bob Heinmiller AC for a tune up at my residence. The tech Christopher Addedy did an outstanding job on my recent AC tune up at my home. He worked on both my indoor and outdoor units and cleaned everything very thoroughly, taking the time to make sure the system was in top shape. He was very professional, clearly educated about what he was doing, and also very friendly and respectful while in my home. The customer service was truly 100%, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely be calling this company back for any future AC issues, and I will be more than happy to have Christopher as my technician again.
Pedro with Bob Heinmiller was fantastic! He came out today to service our Generac generator, showed up right on time, and was extremely thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, was very kind and professional, and made the whole process easy. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Hienmiller has been servicing my home from solar heaters to AC. Brian the technician has been to my home multiple times and is patient with my lack of knowledge and still explains what’s going on in terms of that I know. He interacts with my son and is always pleasant to have around.
