Since I am a black woman, I was specifically searching for a black nail technician! I found Carla of Black Diamond nail salon via web search. Carla was a breath of fresh air! She was so personable. I like that I was asked to wash my hands prior to my service. Her attention to detail is stellar. She educated me and even reinforced underneath my nails (noone had EVER done that before). I love how she shaped my nails! They look so natural. After we discussed what colors/styles that I like, I allowed her to have creative freedom with my designs and she did not disappoint. I recently had a manicure and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The technician was professional, attentive, and took great care in shaping my nails and perfecting the polish. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The polish application was smooth and even, with a wide selection of colors to choose from. My nails looked flawless, and the hand massage at the end was a nice touch that made the visit feel luxurious. The polish is chip-free and glossy.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality manicure that lasts and leaves pamper.

Great vibes and very professional. Found Carla through a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. I warned her that I have always struggled to have my gel manicures last. She was patient and explained everything she was doing to help get my nails to grow healthy and for my manicures to last.
Massages were great.
