Best Locksmith Orlando: Locksmith for Commercial, Residential & Automotive

This is a dishonest business. I contacted them when my son locked himself out of his room and we didn't have the key to the door. As the attached pictures demonstrate, I clearly explained what I needed when requesting service. I was quoted a price and of course when their guy shows up, the price doubled. Really frustrating when businesses have these kind of deceptive practices. I would not recommend using these guys.

They were able to come same day and rekey some locks fast for the best price. Very happy with the service.

Beware beware beware. They showed up to cut me a new key for my box truck, I trusted them to do the job, and when they were completed the key didn't work. I asked the company to come back the next day and the key so that it can work in the vehicle and they refused. Had to call the police. All up to now my vehicle don't have a key to move my vehicle.

We had a great experience the first time around with them so we contacted them to do another service. And after getting one of the locks rekeyed it no longer worked correctly. We tried to get them to come back and fix it, but they weren't able to do it and wanted to charge us more for getting a new lock put and they didn't do refunds. They were very nice and tried to fix it which we appreciate but it just didn't make sense to have to pay more money for something that they probably caused when rekeying the lock.

Alvaro was very professional and made my key fast and told me if I needed anything or had any issues to call him. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.
