I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Skin by Carmen. I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance, only to have it completely disregarded and moved 3 times in a 24 hour time span. That in itself was frustrating, but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and move forward. After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin--but that message never came. Since then, I've been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Wow!! My first time trying their facials and I loved it and will be coming back. I had a microdermabrasion, deluxe facial and LED light done with Carmen. My face felt so clean and light afterwards. I am very happy with the service.:) And I'm super picky.

I had an appointment with Karina my first time and I must say I was happy and very pleased with her service when I left my face was glowing and I was happy I will recommend this place to anyone
