Honestly,, this is an experience like non other. Going through the grieving process of losing my mother and making arrangements for her to be returned to Jamaica, her final resting place. Knowing someone is patient, kind and understanding is what I needed. Ms Brooke Heldman the funeral director did just that. She was available when needed, response time was great, knowledgeable towards our needs. Thank you Ms Brooke and the team at Baldwin Fairchild. I would highly recommend your expertise.

I have lost both of my grandparents, my grandmother first in 2011 and my grandfather this year. My grandmothers funeral I was only 12 years old, and the way they coordinated everything and took such great care of our family. Again this year for my grandfathers funeral, the amount of effort they took blew us away. To customize the lobby with all his favorite things, they went above and beyond. My grandfather looked as if he was just sleeping, he looked just as he did alive. Last minute issues came up with the slideshow, they jumped right in and fixed it in time for the service. My family and I were faced with working out arrangements for my 32 year old daughter who died very unexpectedly. This awful experience was made a little easier by working with Brooke at the Semoran Blvd (436) location.Brooke was so compassionate and professional as she dealt with a grieving family experiencing a painful loss, being angry and lost in this nightmare situation.Whoever own’s Baldwin Fairchild should know they have a ray of sunshine providing support and guidance to families at the very worst of times.Brooke, thank you so very much for your absolute best…we will be forever grateful.
