Karolina did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair today. I had gone to Walmart where they butchered my hair. Karolina is a genius at repairing a horrible cut and making your hair lovely. I cannot praise her enough!!

I got a haircut here and regret it so much. My hair has random layers everywhere and the ends are all spread out poking out all over. Now I will have to cut it short to smooth it out.

My Daughter and I have been getting our hair styled and colored by Natalie for over three years now. Natalie is always pleasant to chat to and is extremely talented at highlights and precision cuts. I always come away feeling really great and satisfied with my hair. She listens to what you want done with your hair and always offers good advice for your specific hair type and face shape. Natalie, Ian, and the staff are always professional and welcoming.

My mom and I have been coming here for about three years now to have our hair done by Natalie. She’s always been very professional, kind, and precise with her cuts. We’ve always been exceptionally pleased with our hair every time we’ve seen her. Ian at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to, the rest of the staff are very friendly as well.

I've been coming to Art of Hair for about 2 years. If you are looking for a great stylist, Natalie is amazing! The whole staff is kind and welcoming.

I had been coming here for a few years and had been satisfied. However I will never ever go back. Natalie destroyed my hair. I sent her three pictures, the same picture of me 3 times of how I wanted my hair, cut and color. We discussed how I am a blonde, but I didn’t want any ash because it seems to pull silver, so I specifically asked for golden, sunshiny, California buttery blonde. She put a ton of low lights basically brown all over my hair and VERY few highlights. When she began drying I said it looks REALLY dark! She said oh no, it’s just like we talked about. The more she dried it was clear it was much darker than previously discussed. I started to cry in the chair, and she told me that if she wasn’t worried, that I shouldn’t worry. She wouldn’t let me leave unhappy. To be honest I was in shock. After she took me outside to take pictures (for her), I paid my bill and left. I was late to another appointment. I was there from 10am to 5pm!!!!! The other appointment was just down the road, and by the time I got there I was messaging her that I was completely unhappy, crying this needs to be fixed, etc…… I had my hair done for a special occasion and it was the complete opposite of what I wanted! Then tells me she can’t do anything to fix it for 3 weeks. So I’m stuck with this all during my vacation and then some.

All I wanted were all over highlights using something to pull a more gold tone than ash. I’m now a brunette. I’m devastated. I tried several times to get her on the phone, as we had spoken and texted many times over the years as friendly. I get a generic message of “contact me during business hours,” message. She wouldn’t text or call to reassure me, tell me she will do what it takes to fix it, nothing! I’m a client who is more than unhappy, I’m devastated by what has happened and she won’t answer the phone. I will never, ever be back. If you can’t stand by your work or your client you have no business being in business. The photos are of what I wanted vs what I got!

I was so nervous about getting my hair cut today because everyone before coming here has messed up my hair so badly that I've had terrible self image. I walked out of there today sobbing with how good I look. If I could rate this place higher I would. They run a tight but very friendly ship. They are so welcoming and well mannered. I feel healed. And for only 12 bucks? Criminal. I feel like I've stolen from them. Definitely coming back. Recommending this to everyone.
