Dr. Bruce may not have the best bedside manners, but he is a brilliant veterinarian, and he is hands down the best vet in Orlando. He may call you out if you're feeding your animal bad food or something, but it's all with good intentions. If you love your fur babies, this is the doc you can relay on to give it to you straight!! Thank you, Dr. Bruce, for helping keep my pekingese alive past 16 years old!! And let me add we just thought her precious life was coming to an end 10/[3 her birthday is 10/09 she wasn't eating for a week not drinking couldn't really walk would fall over stare off into space it was scary I cried so so hard thinking this was the end and once again...read full review
The staffing here works very hard and truly cares for the well being of your pet. Phillip is absolutely exceptional, he is very thorough and kind! Dr Bruce is the real deal when it comes to pet care, he will get your pet exactly what they need, very professional, and will tell you what you need to know without cutting any corners. He's very honest with the best intentions to get your pet feeling happy and healthy.
I visited the place with my dad on the morning of 8th of August 2024 to get my 18 year old Pug euthanized.
This was the first time I visited the place, wished I was there for something less heartbreaking.
The vet and his staff were great, I will definitely return there someday when I have a new best friend. ?
