Anana Prana offers art and yoga camps for children. The combination of art and yoga is described as perfection. The super qualified instructor is very nice, relates well to the children, and teaches art effectively. The camp is a great deal for both half and full days, and many families plan to return or have siblings attend.
My 5 yrs old girl liked the experience. I saw her so calm and focused when I picked her up. She shared with us at home the song that she learned "every little cell in my body is happy..." the yoga poses and the mantra "peace begins with me" it was very important to us as a family because we know she is currently struggling with anxiety. She was blessed to have the opportunity to share time with a little puppy that it was so healthy for her.. we are so grateful.?
My granddaughter has experienced many camps but this was her favorite! The combination of art and yoga was perfection and she related very well to the super qualified instructor, Glaucia.
