Ameritech Customer for 8 years; recently did a full unit replacement to a new Daikin system. My service was great. Office service not so much. I was promised a call before he arrived and it did not happen. And I don't appreciate the sales pushy everytime I call or get service. One thing service tech says my warranty runs out next year and that is wrong it has not been 10 years. And he turned ac down to 72 and didn't tell me so until I was freezing I had no idea so I used a ton of electric. I set on 78. But he did a great job otherwise.
